RemindNow ("we", "us", "our") is an SMS appointment reminder service for hair salons and beauty businesses in the United Kingdom, operated by RemindNow.
Our service allows salon owners to send automated SMS reminders to their clients ahead of booked appointments, reducing no-shows and improving business efficiency.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including all SMS messages sent to your clients through our platform.
You agree to use RemindNow only for legitimate appointment reminder purposes. You must not:
You are the data controller for your clients' personal data, including their phone numbers. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to send SMS messages to your clients under UK GDPR and PECR.
All appointment reminders sent through RemindNow include an opt-out instruction ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe"). You must honour all opt-out requests.
We act as your data processor. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
RemindNow offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, including missed appointment reminders.
SMS delivery is dependent on third-party providers (Twilio) and mobile networks. We cannot guarantee delivery of every message.
RemindNow and all associated content, software, and trademarks are owned by us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemindNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse of the service, with or without notice.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request data deletion.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
